To ensure a seamless and impactful experience for every client, the following terms outline expectations for booking, logistics, and delivery of services with Embrace Leadership Collective. Please review the details below to understand what’s included and how to best prepare for your engagement.
All pricing for the facilitation for half-day experiences include the following:
Pre-event planning call & needs assessment
Licensed MBTI® and/or TKI® facilitation materials
Digital participant experience packet, including worksheets (excluding assessments)
Closing action plan template for post-retreat implementation
Full- or multi-day experience upgrade (for combined experiences)
MBTI® assessment & personalized report (priced per person)
TKI® assessment & personalized report (priced per person)
Printed participant experience packets, including worksheets (priced per person)
Half-day follow-up facilitation (virtual, same audience required)
Guided 15-minute mindfulness or meditation session
Guided 30-minute restorative yoga session (priced per person)
Guided 45-minute group sound bath session (priced per person)
Guided 60-minute vision journaling session (priced per person)
Yoga mats and journaling supplies are included in the cost of the service (in-person, local/regional events only). For virtual experiences, participants are instructed to use a soft mat, blanket, or safe reclined seating (for yoga/sound baths) or a pen and pad (for vision journaling).
Embodied experience upgrades are offered with retreat or summit experiences only. They cannot be booked as a standalone experience.

The following booking policies are designed to ensure a smooth planning process and protect dedicated time and resources for your engagement.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve a date.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
For cancellations more than 30 days in advance, the deposit can be applied to a future date (within 12 months).
For cancellations less than 30 days in advance, the deposit is forfeited.
For in-person events, travel within 50 miles of Atlanta, Georgia, USA is included.
Outside 50 miles: client covers travel, lodging (if applicable), and per diem.
Venue, AV, and catering costs are the responsibility of the client.
All signature offerings can be delivered virtually to forgo travel and lodging costs.
