To ensure a seamless and impactful experience for every client, the following terms outline expectations for booking, logistics, and delivery of services with Embrace Leadership Collective. Please review the details below to understand what’s included and how to best prepare for your engagement.
The following booking policies are designed to ensure a smooth planning process and protect dedicated time and resources for your engagement.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve a date.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
For cancellations more than 30 days in advance, the deposit can be applied to a future date (within 12 months).
For cancellations less than 30 days in advance, the deposit is forfeited.
For in-person events, travel within 50 miles of Atlanta, Georgia, USA is included.
Outside 50 miles: client covers travel, lodging (if applicable), and per diem.
Venue, AV, and catering costs are the responsibility of the client.
All signature offerings can be delivered virtually to forgo travel and lodging costs.
