At Embrace Leadership, coaching engagements are designed to be intentional, structured, and respectful of both your time and ours.
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time, without penalty.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 72 hours of the session are non-refundable and will be charged in full.
Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late will be considered a missed session, and the session will be forfeited without refund or rescheduling. Missed sessions without prior notice are also forfeited.
All coaching purchases are final sale. Refunds or credits are not provided once a session or coaching package has been booked.
